If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of the order and we will issue a full refund or store credit, which ever you prefer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us on [email protected] with order_Id or transaction_ID, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Note:

After processing for the SSL Cancellation, the certificate will get cancelled instantly but the refund of your money can take up to 3-5 working days depending on your bank or payment method.

Due to New CA/B Baseline Requirement, All Code Signing Certificate Orders at ‘Pending’ status can be cancelled within 30 days from the date of purchase. But Orders that are Issued (Active Status) cannot be cancelled or refunded by the vendor.
